En los últimos meses la Blogosfera colombiana se ha visto asaltada por diversos usurpadores virtuales que han protagonizado sonados casos de ¿suplantación?, ¿usurpación?, ¿plagio?, ni se muy bien como denominar al robo descarado de sendos articulos de varios bloggers.
Son muchos casos, pero de los más recientes recuerdo que a La Encargada le robaron un post unos publicistas sin escrúpulos y lo volvieron campaña de moda; a Maria () un post sobre su ciudad le cambiaron datos y se lo volvieron cadena (fwd); a Patton lo han copypasteado mil veces; más recientemente levantó amplia indignación (y creó un gran frente unido de bloggers en contra de los plagiarios que consiguió que el diario publicara una disculpa pública) el uso de una foto, sin el debido reconocimiento, de Mariacecita una conocida Flickera por parte del diario El País de Cali y por último a el compadre Stultaviro le fusilaron su post de despedida del año.
En la mayoría de estos casos lo fusilado ha sido un post, un articulo o una idea pero ahora la cuestión ya torna de castaño a oscuro porque a mi... A MI ME HAN ROBADO EL BLOG

Dos links a una página de reservas de hoteles. Humm... Que extraño, vamos a ver que es eso... un hotel en la ciudad de Puente Samaria, Mex. y otro hotel en la ciudad venezolana de Armadillo (ni sabía que existía una ciudad con ese nombre) ; pensé: curioso, para que tendrán un link mío en esta página, busqué mi link por la misma y me encontré el pequeño detalle
que los dos hoteles tenían como página Web y dirección de contacto la dirección de MI BLOG.

Lo más patético del caso es que hasta en la descripción de los servicios del hotel hace parte de algunos de mis links o de algún viejo post escrito en mi blog.
Cuando me encontré este hecho hasta risa me dio, aun así intenté contactar con los responsables del hotel para que cambiaran los datos perooo... el contacto es mi mismo blog y al correo de la página pues envié un mensaje pero no creo que contesten. Lo que se me ha llegado a ocurrir, dada la gran cantidad de publicidad que veo en la página es que sea o una granja de links o algo por el estilo pero la verdad ni idea.
En fin, que a día de hoy no me ha causado contrariedad alguna este hecho por lo que por ahora dejo así, aunque no deja de surgirme la pregunta ¿hasta cuando empezará a entender la gente que el hecho de que algo -sea información, foto, video o en este caso un blog- esté en Internet no significa que se pueden apropiar de el ni que puedan tomar ninguna información sin pedir el debido permiso que exijan las licencias creativas que escoge cada autor?
